It’s hard work to get an appointment normally , last week it took me 534 calls to even get an answer ..but yesterday and today they have fitted me in even after the triage closed to help me with my problems

I can’t fault them today ,the receptionist got me a phone call from the nurse who out my mind at rest

Good appointment with Nurse Hev - appointment was on time, bloods taken well ( it’s usually extremely difficult to extract from me). Answered all my questions, overall as good as any appointment can be. Thank you.

There isn’t anything I can think of that would have improved this appointment.

I never try and get an appointment anymore. Phones are always very busy or no appointments available. Unless I get a pre-booked appointment such as my heart review, I haven't felt the need to see a doctor. I could answer this more honestly if I felt ill enough to try and book an appointment.

I'm happy with my heart reviews. I can't think of anything you could have done better.

Very friendly receptionist, Dr was very polite and sympathetic. Explained all I needed to know and letter of referral came within half hr of appointment. Very happy. Thank you.
